A branch of the Vietnam Trade Fair and Advertising Company (Vinexad) has announced the venue of the international exposition regarding the plastic and rubber sectors.

A branch of the Vietnam Trade Fair and Advertising Company (Vinexad) on July 17 held a press conference to announce that the International Plastic and Rubber Exposition will take place at the Saigon Exhibition & Convention Center, located in District 7 in HCMC.

The exposition attracts more than 260 units with nearly 460 booths run by enterprises from 15 countries and territories, including Vietnam, the U.S., Singapore, Republic of Korea, India, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Taiwan, Thailand, Japan, Indonesia, Germany, Russia and China.

This exposition features five areas: the plastic and rubber industries - VietnamPlas 2013; Packaging, packing and Printing industries - VietnamPack 2013; Printing and Labelling industries- VietnamPrint & Label 2013; Food Processing and Pharmaceuticals- VietnamFoodtech & pharmatech 2013; Tools and automation 2013- Linkage Metalworking Vietnam 2013.

The participating enterprises will display and introduce new technological products and innovative services in a bid to create a prosperous trading forum for producers to approach the markets, scout for partners, forge corporate relationships, and enhance international cooperation among local and foreign enterprises to boost exchange of technological expertise and global advanced applications. These are also meant to enhance competitivity of Vietnamese products, boost export, and speed up the growth of Vietnamese industries.

The exposition is jointly organized by Vinexad, Chan Chao International Exhibition Co. (Taiwan), Yorkers Commercial and Marketing Services Co. (Hong Kong) and Paper Exhibition Services and Media Co. (hong Kong) and Vietnam Plastic Association and Vietnam Rubber Association.

The exposition takes place from September 3 to 6 in 2013.
